Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations at a high-volume summer camp. This on-site, live-in role requires overseeing prep, production, staff management, and strict allergen safety protocols to deliver scratch-cooked meals across designated day parts.

You will manage inventory, support daily reporting, and act as a bridge between kitchen staff, campers, and camp leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic setting and endure a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
