Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for an on-site, seasonal leadership role at rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee prep and production for day parts, manage staff, ensure allergen safety, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This live-in position requires readiness to work a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week, while supervising a team and coordinating with camp leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
