Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development plans, technical logic, work packages, priorities, and milestones.
• Coordinate technical execution across design, manufacturing, test, supply chain, quality, and customers.
• Partner with Program Management to align technical objectives, resources, cost, and schedule.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and drive cross-functional issues to resolution.
• Coordinate technical risk and opportunity management.
• Maintain program technical baselines and manage technical changes.
• Manage technical documentation, gated reviews, interim reviews, and customer deliverables.
• Align program execution with Systems Engineering, Product Leads, and Technical Fellows.
