Job summary

Agile Space Industries is seeking a Product Lead for the integrated propulsion systems line. You will own the product definition, roadmap planning, and technical coordination across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and business development to align customer missions with product capabilities.

This role requires strong systems engineering, proposal support from SRR through execution, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace or related technical field.
• Experience with propulsion systems, design, integration, test, and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive product definition and roadmap planning for in-space propulsion systems.
• Lead technical activities related to business development and proposal efforts.
• Define and maintain product-level technical requirements.
• Lead requirements definition activities from contract award through SRR.
• Develop technical execution plans with support from engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Lead the technical transition of programs from business development into execution.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, programs, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Establish technical relationships with customers to align products with mission needs.
• Participate in gated product development reviews and provide technical guidance for product evolution activities.
