Job summary

Agile Space Industries in Seattle, WA, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to drive technical execution across multidisciplinary teams developing in-space propulsion systems, engines, and components. You will manage plans, risks, reviews, and customer deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Engineering or related field, demonstrated leadership across engineering teams, and strong communication.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant aerospace or hardware product development experience.
Demonstrated technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage product development plans, technical logic, work packages, priorities, and key milestones.
Coordinate technical execution across engineering, manufacturing, test, supply chain, quality, suppliers, and customers.
Partner with Program Management to align technical objectives, resources, cost, and schedule.
Facilitate technical decision-making and drive cross-functional issues to resolution.
Coordinate technical risk and opportunity management.
Maintain program technical baselines and manage technical changes.
Manage technical documentation, gated reviews, interim reviews, and customer deliverables.
Align program execution with Systems Engineering, Product Leads, and Technical Fellows.
