Job summary

Agile Space Industries in Durango, CO is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to drive technical execution across multidisciplinary teams developing in-space propulsion systems and related components. You will work with Program Management, Systems Engineering, and manufacturing to keep development aligned with technical objectives, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Aerospace or hardware product development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development plans, technical logic, work packages, priorities, and milestones.
• Coordinate technical execution across engineering, manufacturing, test, supply chain, quality, suppliers, and customers.
• Partner with Program Management to align technical objectives, resources, cost, and schedule.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and drive cross-functional issues to resolution.
• Coordinate technical risk and opportunity management.
• Maintain program technical baselines and manage technical changes.
• Manage technical documentation, gated reviews, interim reviews, and customer deliverables.
• Align program execution with Systems Engineering, Product Leads, and Technical Fellows.
