Job summary

Woodhouse Spa is seeking a Spa Concierge to lead the front desk team and deliver top-tier service in a luxury spa setting. You will manage daily operations, greet guests, schedule appointments, process payments, and collaborate with therapists to boost guest retention and product sales.

Requires prior management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication skills. The role is full-time, on-site, with weekend availability and benefits varying by location.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales goals including retail.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Concierge Team in daily activities.
• Coach and Develop Concierge Team to ensure all guest receive Top Tier service
• Ensure Daily Sales Goals are met
• Ensures that every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience.
• Answers incoming calls, and listens to our guests’ needs to schedule appointments or provide service recommendations and collect payment for services.
• Partners with the therapists to increase their guest retention by scheduling the guest’s next appointment during checkout and promoting the recommended products.
• Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities and helping them to have a seamless experience.
• Drives service and retail sales by educating guests on products and services. Assists concierge team in reaching monthly retail sales goals.
• Remembers the small details that make Woodhouse Spa special - guest's favorite and/or personal information like birthdays and anniversaries.
• Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting.
• Leadership experience in a similar role, front-office operations, or retail sales experience required.
• Proven track record of driving sales goals and initiatives, including retail sales.
• Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and verbal).
• Computer proficiency.
• Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience preferred.

Spa Concierge

• Classification: Full Time
• 30-40 hours
• Saturday or Sundays Required

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
