You will be passionate about food and community involvement, procuring top-quality products to create unforgettable dishes while overseeing service and on-line food quality.

You’ll mentor the team, foster a positive staff and guest experience, and work toward P&L goals.

• 2+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience.
• Thrive in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication in conversations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the line, oversee service and food quality.
• Procure high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen operations.
• Develop and mentor staff to promote a positive staff and guest experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve P&L goals and lead by example.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure consistent procedures.
