Qualifications

• Must obtain Serv Safe Certification within the first available class scheduled after employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness meets health standards.
• Inspect kitchen areas for food prep quality and sanitation.
• Lead kitchen team in chef's absence.
• Oversee stock and ingredients when Exec isn’t present.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and proper dating for QA.
• Keep service lines prepped and stocked during peak hours.
• Assist in supervising food prep and presentation to meet standards.
• Support Executive Chef with duties as needed.
