You'll partner with the Executive Chef to uphold standards, develop the next generation of kitchen talent, and seize opportunities for growth as we celebrate Italian-American cuisine and warm hospitality, every day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong command of Italian-American cuisine and classic cooking techniques.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations during service.
• Coach and develop line cooks and prep staff.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Perform line checks to ensure Maggiano's standards.
• Manage prep lists, production, and inventory to minimize waste.
• Uphold sanitation and health code compliance.
• Support team during peak periods in any station.
• Collaborate with leadership to control food costs and drive excellence.
