Maggiano's Little Italy is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen, mentor cooks, and ensure every dish reflects our commitment to quality and consistency. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to uphold standards and develop future leaders in Italian-American cuisine.

You will refine your craft, guide a high-performing team, and positively impact the Guest experience daily. This role offers growth across the Brinker brands and opportunities for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong command of Italian-American cuisine and classic cooking techniques.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure seamless service.
• Coach and develop line cooks and kitchen teammates.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation across menu items.
• Perform line checks to ensure adherence to Maggiano's specs.
• Manage production, prep lists, and inventory to minimize waste.
• Uphold sanitation and health-safety standards per regulations.
• Step into any kitchen station during peak periods to support team.
• Collaborate with leadership to control food costs and drive excellence.
