Responsibilities

• Directly supervise BOH hourly staff, fostering learning and accountability.
• Maintain staffing levels and participate in hiring.
• Understand and contribute to P&L and departmental budgets.
• Oversee labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs.
• Ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and quality control.
• Lead by example and mentor managers and staff.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu planning and recipe execution.
