Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting in Denver. You will oversee shifts, ensure quality, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience in busy restaurants, strong grasp of operations and financials, and proficiency with POS systems and OpenTable. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable or similar reservations platforms.
