Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. You will mentor a talented team, assist in all aspects of food prep, and oversee inventory and daily operations in a busy hotel kitchen.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a 24-hour operation. Pay range is $65,000–$75,000 per year, with growth opportunities within the Starwood brand.

• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
