Craft & Crew Hospitality's The Block in St. Louis Park, MN is hiring a Full-Time Sous Chef to lead a fast-paced BOH team, ensure quality and consistency, and drive an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading kitchen execution, coaching staff, managing prep, inventory, food costs, safety, and collaborating with FOH to deliver great service while upholding standards and a positive kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary leadership and ability to lead BOH team.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Organized and dependable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen execution during assigned shifts.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Coach, train, and develop BOH team members.
• Support prep, inventory, food cost, and waste control.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Support ordering and product organization.
• Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a strong guest experience.
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused kitchen culture.
