Responsibilities

• Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests.
• Provide memorable floor sommelier service for dining experiences.
• Restock wines in cellars and storage areas.
• Support FOH service across bar, lounge, and dining areas.
• Train service staff on wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Participate in monthly and yearly beverage inventory counts.
