Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Sommelier to lead wine service, manage the wine cellar, and train staff. You will engage guests with wine recommendations and coordinate with sommeliers, captains, and managers to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role emphasizes service excellence, VIP handling, and ongoing wine education for the team while maintaining health and safety standards throughout the dining room.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of fine dining leadership experience.
• Total at least 5 years in dining room service with fine dining knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol; MS Level II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell wine to guests and manage wine cellar inventory.
• Oversee front-of-house service and VIP procedures with management.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing wine knowledge to staff.
• Coordinate with Sommeliers, Captains, and restaurant managers to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and comply with regulations.
