Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with sales to drive revenue, showcasing AI-powered Unified-CXM solutions across service, social, marketing and research. The role requires deep architecture expertise and the ability to translate AI capabilities into business value.

You will engage executives and lead technical workshops, with up to 40% travel. The position favors candidates with strong data architecture, cloud, and CCaaS experience and a track record of delivering RFPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture, data architecture and CCaaS/UC environments.
• 5+ years of experience with software architecture and design within CCaaS systems and AI solutions for marketing technology and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present customized solutions leveraging Sprinklr's AI-powered platform to address complex business challenges across service, social, marketing and research.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into clients' existing infrastructures.
• Design and showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI and AI-powered technologies for social, marketing, and contact centers.
• Design scalable, high-performance architectures leveraging Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform.
• Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, multi-cloud deployments, API integrations, and hybrid-cloud environments.
