Zusammenfassung

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead technical engagements for AI-powered CX solutions. You will translate complex capabilities into business value, drive pilots, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to shape the platform roadmap.

You will need strong presales experience in SaaS and CX, expertise in AI/NLP, and the ability to tell a compelling story across technical and executive audiences. Hybrid work with partial on-site schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS architectures.
• Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, NLP) and practical CX applications.
• Experience in CCaaS, ITSM, BI, or related domains is a plus.
• Strong storytelling, analytical, and communication skills; travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree a plus.

• Lead Technical & Business Discovery to understand challenges and design demos.
• Architect AI-Driven CX/ES solutions for diverse audiences from IT to C-suite.
• Drive end-to-end technical engagement through qualification, design, and pilots.
• Integrate secure, scalable solutions using Zendesk APIs and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Measure ROI using analytics and AI performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Promote AI adoption and stay ahead with continuous learning.
