Venture Solar in Hudson, MA is seeking a Residential Solar Installer to join our installation team. You will install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, and you will help with conduit runs under electrician guidance.

Safety is a priority; expect 40+ hour weeks, physical work, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for overtime and growth.

• Previous Solar Installation experience is required.

Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA

Residential Solar Installer

• 
  

  Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

  Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

  Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

  Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
