Job summary

Venture Solar is expanding its installation team. We are seeking a Residential Solar Installer to join our crew, with hands-on rooftop work and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities include mounting equipment on pitched roofs, wiring under supervision, and ensuring quality. A prior solar installation experience and comfort with heights are required, along with a valid driver's license and 40+ hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
• Must have a valid, clean driver’s license.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders in attic/roof conditions.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
