Job summary

Venture Solar in Hudson, MA is seeking an Experienced Residential Solar Installer to join the installation team. You will report locally to Hudson, MA and install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, while handling the mechanical layout of the array and assisting with conduit runs under guidance.

The role emphasizes safety, physical endurance, and the ability to work with power tools. A valid driver’s license and commitment to full-time hours are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to 40+ hour weeks.

Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
