Job summary

Venture Solar is expanding our residential solar team in Hudson, MA. We are seeking an Experienced Installer who thrives on roof work and has solar installation experience. You will assemble racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched rooftops while coordinating with electricians for basic wiring.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with heights, possess a valid driver’s license, and are ready to commit to full-time hours, including overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar Installation experience.
• Comfort with heights/roof work.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
