Job summary

Venture Solar in Biddeford, ME is seeking an experienced Residential Solar Installer to join our installation team. You will install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, and work with the Electrician to handle conduit runs and wiring.

Ideal candidates have solar installation experience, comfort with heights, a valid driverers license, and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks. We offer competitive pay with overtime, bonus potential, and strong health benefits.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME $3000 SIGN ON BONUS after 3 months!

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
