Venture Solar is seeking an experienced Residential Solar Installer to join its installation team in Southington, CT. The role focuses on installing racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, with emphasis on safe, efficient roof work and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have solar installation experience, comfort with heights, and a strong commitment to safety. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work 40+ hours weekly are required.

Location: Daily reporting to Southington, CT

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
