Venture Solar is seeking an Experienced Solar Installer to join the residential installation team in Biddeford, ME. You will install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, handling structural mounting and layout, and assist with conduit runs under the Electrician’s guidance.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME
$3000 SIGN ON BONUS after 3 months!

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
