Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking an Experienced Residential Solar Installer to join the Youngstown, OH team. You will install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, manage structural layout, and assist with conduit runs under an Electrician's guidance.

Applicants should have solar installation experience, be comfortable with heights, and hold a valid driver's license for full-time, on-site work. We offer overtime, a results-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Location: Daily reporting to Youngstown, OH

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
