Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on a utility-scale solar project. You will oversee company and subcontract crews, coordinate with the Site Manager, manage safety, and ensure high-quality work delivered on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of electrical/solar construction management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with plans, specs, and safety standards. Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of construction management in electrical/utility-scale solar.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• NFPA 70E certification and OSHA familiarity are beneficial/required per role.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and manage day-to-day activities on a utility-scale solar project.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of all work.
• Coordinate with Site Manager for budgeting, forecasting, and documentation.
