Qualifications

• Minimum two years managing or coordinating multiple sites in healthcare.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screenings at multiple sites and ensure quality.
• Lead on-site technical operations and provide real-time guidance to staff.
• Schedule staffing to meet hospital obligations and program requirements.
• Train new hires and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Monitor reporting and KPI data, including required state and hospital reports.
