Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee newborn hearing screenings across multiple sites. You will serve as the on-site technical lead, ensuring high-quality screening practices and timely follow‑ups while coordinating with hospital leadership.

The role requires managing staffing, training, reporting, and ensuring compliance with protocols. Weekend/holiday coverage and strong data skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct delivery of newborn hearing screenings and act as on-site technical lead.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and address staffing gaps.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI's with monthly staff reviews.
• Attend and present to hospital leadership; manage on-site operations and reports.
• Monitor state reporting, hospital reporting, and sponsor reports for accuracy.
• Oversee supplies, inventory checks, and equipment procedures (NATUS).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
