Smart Tech Contracting, LLC in Buffalo, NY seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site field execution for hyperscale data center projects ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. The role focuses on safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with subcontractors and partner firms.

You will serve as the primary STC on-site representative to GCs and owner reps, directing multi-trade activities and ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in field leadership roles on mission-critical or hyperscale projects.
• Experience supervising multi-trade sites and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, safety, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations, supervising labor and subcontractors.
• Plan and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce QA/QC and safety standards on site.
• Represent STC with owners, GC, and authorities.
• Coordinate with trades to maintain schedule and quality.
