Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT.
Experience executing large-scale efforts in DMO synthetic training environments.
Experience with Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Modeling & Simulation.
Experience overseeing operations, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical IT or simulation systems.
Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, system architecture, configuration management, and security enforcement.
Experience managing complex technical projects from initiation through completion.
Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting priorities and driving accountability.
Ability to enforce system configuration, change management, and security policies.
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
