Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting geographically dispersed systems.
• Experience with virtualization, thin clients, or high-performance workstation builds.
• Experience with asset management.
• Experience working directly with DoD personnel.
• Knowledge of enterprise configuration management, hardware baselining, and lifecycle replacement processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network issues and read, interpret, and develop technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and rack-mount standards.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance and Bachelor’s degree.
• Security+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tier 1-3 troubleshooting and lifecycle replacement.
• Direct installation and integration of new simulation hardware; coordinate deployment of system enhancements.
• Lead a small team of hardware engineers; mentor and enforce engineering discipline across documentation, troubleshooting, and planning.
• Support live, virtual, and constructive training environments; develop hardware configuration management processes.
