Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Simulation Center Engineering Lead to oversee the operations, sustainment, and modernization of a full-scale simulation center supporting SOF missions. You will integrate technical leadership with operational awareness to ensure reliability, performance, security, and readiness of all simulation systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience.
Experience leading large-scale DMO synthetic training programs.
Hands-on with Live Virtual Constructive modeling & simulation.
Experience in operating, maintaining, and modernizing mission-critical IT/simulation systems.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT: servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, architecture, CM, security.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Experience enforcing configuration management and security policies.
TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations, sustainment, and modernization of a full-scale simulation center supporting SOF missions.
Coordinate daily technical activities, manage workloads, and drive engineering discipline.
Develop roadmaps and modernization initiatives for mission-critical systems.
Lead a multidisciplinary team across software, systems, networks, IA, M&S, and IT.
