Qualifications

• 5+ years of modeling and quantitative analysis experience.
• Experience with DoD/IC analytics is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modeling and simulation methods.
• Ability to develop analytical scripts for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling and simulation activities to support DoD force sizing and capability analysis.
• Collaborate with government analysts, FFRDC partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare analytical products, briefs, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate tasks across the team.
• Refine modeling techniques and tools to improve fidelity and throughput.
