Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on leadership re-engineering modernization teams, including C++, Java, and Python
• Ability to carry-out selective re-engineering of a large code base
• Ability to refactor application code and data architecture without changing externally observable behavior
• Ability to lead troubleshooting of refactored software
• Oversee CM and CI/CD pipelines, including automation of security scans, SAST, DAST, SBOMs

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture to enable transformations across governance, growth, and modernization initiatives such as cloud and digital solutions
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and mentor team members
• Apply advanced consulting and technical expertise across the enterprise
• Lead the modernization effort with minimal direction and supervise engineers
