Responsibilities

• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision.
• Involves themselves in the operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Verifies customer satisfaction and handles customer complaints.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures.
• Open/close restaurant.
• Assist with inventory (logging).
• Assist with staffing needs.
• Assist with controllables and labor.
