Job summary

The role requires coordinating duties, supervising operations, resolving issues, and supporting the General Manager while maintaining sanitation, safety and a positive team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

You'll work nights, weekends and holidays, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision.
• Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints.
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures.
• Open/close restaurant.
• Assist with inventory (logging).
• Assist with staffing needs.
• Assist with controllables and labor.
• Maintains sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
