New Vista KY is seeking a compassionate professional to supervise Direct Support Professionals in a residential setting for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and rights of clients while coordinating staffing and documenting activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in MH/DD fields, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor's in Psychology or Human Services is preferred. Flexibility for overtime is required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in Mental Health or Developmental Disability field.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety, welfare, and rights of clients with dignity.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee program activities.
• Ensure adequate supplies and assist with training residential staff.
• Review documentation and address concerns promptly.
• Schedule staff and maintain attendance/time records.
• Prepare incident reports and related forms for assigned unit.
