New Vista KY is hiring a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live their best lives. The role involves 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, including weekends and mandatory OT, in a residential setting at Meadows Community Home, Mt.

Washington, KY. This position requires a high school diploma/equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug and background screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and age 18+.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dependable direct support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill-building.
• Ensure safety, rights, and dignity of residents across shifts.
• Document daily activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in community and enrichment activities with residents.
• Work a rotating schedule including weekends and mandatory OT.
