New Vista KY is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee residential services for adults in Louisville, KY. You will supervise Shift Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals, ensure adherence to client treatment plans, and coordinate staff training and scheduling.

The role emphasizes safeguarding client welfare, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining unit policies while supporting opportunities for client enrichment and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in Mental Health/Developmental Disability field.
• 1 year supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Shift Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure safety and rights of clients and adherence to treatment plans.
• Coordinate training and ensure unit policies are followed.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling on a monthly basis.
