New Vista of the Bluegrass Inc. is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee direct care staff in a 24/7 residential setting in Louisville, KY. This full-time role requires at least two years in mental health or developmental disabilities and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years' experience in Mental Health or Developmental Disability field.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and rights of clients with respect and dignity.
• Direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals and program activities.
• Ensure supplies and support for treatment plans in the home/unit.
• Assist with training and mentoring residential staff.
• Review documentation and address concerns promptly.
• Supervise incident, restraint, and staff injury reports for accuracy.
• Create staff work schedules and ensure daily coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date staff conduct and attendance records.
• Utilize basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Skills

Two years' experience in MH/DD

Valid driver’s license

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Social Work/Human Services (preferred)
