Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Three years' experience in the Mental Health and Developmental Disability field.
• 1 year previous supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety, welfare, and rights of clients.
• Directly supervises Shift Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensures staff follow treatment plans and facility policies.
• Monitors client activities across shifts to ensure compliance.
• Meets with subordinates to train on treatment plans and policies.
• Collaborates with IDT and Case Manager on community opportunities for clients.
• Populates staffing schedules and participates in hiring.
• Learns and follows all policies and procedures.
