Job summary

New Vista KY in Somerset, KY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee programmatic and administrative activities on the assigned shift. You will ensure safety and rights of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinating with Shift Coordinators and enforcing time and attendance policies.

The role requires IID experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with competitive benefits and opportunities for ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• IID experience required for supports coordination and care planning.
• Valid driver’s license required for transportation duties and shift coverage.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise programmatic and administrative activities on assigned shift.
• Ensure safety, welfare and rights of clients are upheld during shifts.
• Coordinate with Shift Coordinators on time and attendance policies.
• Familiarize self with off-campus trips policy and procedures.
