Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Maine is seeking a Lead Shift Leader to support the General Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help recruit, train, and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and collaboration with the GM to implement action plans that improve performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus—anticipate and exceed guest needs and expectations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making based on analysis and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively.
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders as directed by the General Manager.
• Support development of team members through cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional guest service.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
