Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Troy seeks a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests, manage bakery operations, and assist with cake orders and decorations.

This role involves supervising opening and closing tasks, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring on-time fulfillment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Applicants 18+ with POS/cash handling familiarity are encouraged to apply; weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience as a shift leader at NbC bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.
• Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using the Toast point-of-sale system.
• Able to perform multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Assemble cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and assist with email sign-ups.
• Maintain bakery presentation and cleanliness.
• Co-facilitate opening and closing of the bakery, including cash handling and bank deposits.
