Job summary

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on cake sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS and manage pickups.
• Maintain clean bakery presentation and display cases.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash drawer, and secure premises.
• Coordinate special-order fulfillments for individuals and corporate accounts.
