EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design, architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will engage clients, guide delivery teams and own architectural decisions, while traveling 40-60% to meet client needs in a hybrid work environment.

This senior role requires hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience, consulting background, and strong communication skills to drive successful outcomes for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations and client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architecture is translated into configuration and code.
• Engage with customers, lead workshops, and manage risks and issues.
• Collaborate with CMAs, other architects, developers and testers.
