Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong AI/GenAI expertise to design, develop, and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that fuse the platform with modern AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of Now Assist, AI agents, and graph-based retrieval using LangGraph, LangChain, and Neo4j, delivering scalable workflows and secure enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with core platform skills.
• Experience configuring Now Assist and AI agents on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript for backend and automation.
• Experience building Graph RAG and agentic workflows.
• Familiar with LangGraph, LangChain, and Neo4j for knowledge graphs.
• Security, governance, and testing for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create workflows, integrations, REST APIs, and UI components.
• Extend Now Assist capabilities for enterprise AI use cases.
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows within ServiceNow.
• Build graph-based retrieval using Graph RAG and Neo4j.
• Integrate enterprise data with AI/LLM services.
• Write clean, scalable Python and JavaScript code.
• Ensure security, access controls, and governance for AI-enabled solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
