Job summary

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant specializing in AI and Agentic AI to design and deliver intelligent solutions across the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant - AI & Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant specialising in AI and Agentic AI to design and deliver intelligent solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead the architecture and development of solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic AI Workflows, Predictive Intelligence and GenAI, while mentoring technical teams and owning overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions
• Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Workflows
• Build GenAI-enabled process automation and intelligent workflows
• Configure AI Agents, skills, prompts and workflow orchestration

Requirements
